We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Utilize various sales techniques, including consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling, to effectively position our products and services.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Develop and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts that meet client needs and company objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets.

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to influence future product enhancements and innovations.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and industry events.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or engineering sector.

  • Proficiency in various sales techniques, including consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in the technology or engineering industry.

  • Knowledge of current industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Previous experience with enterprise sales or B2B sales.
