Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Abuja at Assetium Capital Management Limited.


• The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development programs.


• They will also handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management


• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to handle training and development programs


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
