Job Summary



  • The Fleet Tracking Manager will supervise Fleet Tracking Officers in Mowe, Apapa, & PHC.

  • He is responsible to ensure that daily reports are submitted by the Fleet Tracking Officers, as and when due.

  • He is the first point of contact for all cases involving trucks not reporting to the ERP dashboard.


Responsibilities and Duties

Below are some of the responsibilities of the Fleet Tracking Manager:



  • Ensure that alltrucks are tracked and reporting data to the dashboard.

  • Supervise all Fleet Tracking Officers to ensure that there is no circumvention of trackers or tracking report.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly reports to the Operations Manager in-charge.

  • Assist internal security and government security agencies in tracking and locating stolen/diverted trucks and goods.

  • Support the Operations Team with accurate data analytics.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive adherence program for RMT fleet.

  • Any other duties assigned.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of first degree in any discipline, a Master’s degree would be an advantage.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role and 5 years team leadership role.

  • Must be very skilled in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.

  • Professional membership of Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport is an added advantage.

  • Must be able to work long hours.
