Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in person and via telephone calls and emails on a daily basis.
- Development and implement Marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goal of expanding Customer base.
- Prepare reports of market and customer information by collecting, analysing and summarizing it on a weekly basis.
- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvement.
- Deliver product samples for client’s approval as needs arises.
- Attend exhibitions/ presentations and company events.
Job Qualifications / Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years proven relevant experience
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Strong analytical, time management, and creativity skills
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/ market and take initiative experience with social media
