Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Expertise:

• Deliver exceptional hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.


• Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.


• Provide advanced hair styling services to clients.


• Train and mentor junior stylists on technical skills and best practices.

Team Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the styling team, including scheduling and workload management.


• Assign clients to stylists based on their expertise and client preferences.


• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to stylists.


• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to styling services.


• Ensure adherence to salon standards and policies.

Client Satisfaction:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.


• Strong technical skills in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.

• Hairdressing certification or diploma.
