Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee in the Finance/Operations department.


• The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial analysis, data entry and management, assisting in budgeting and financial planning, and supporting the operations team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills


• 0-2 years' post NYSC experience


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data entry and analysis tools


• Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• Experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is a plus
