This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee in the Finance/Operations department.
The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial analysis, data entry and management, assisting in budgeting and financial planning, and supporting the operations team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and numerical skills
0-2 years' post NYSC experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data entry and analysis tools
Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is a plus
