Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.


• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects


• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.


• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that manufactured furniture meets industry standards and customer expectations.


• Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.


• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and trainings to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.


• 2-3 years experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.


• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and manufacturing processes.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
