Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of our programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing program staff, developing and executing program plans, ensuring quality delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a commitment to achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Management:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of all program activities in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor program progress, ensuring milestones are met and identifying any risks or issues.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor program staff, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Qualifications and Experience:
