Academics: Have a masters in relevant field through reputable local universities, this is to ensure adequate communication skills and more academically qualified. 

Experience:  

• Has at least 10 years in sales of service type business


• Has sold to reputable industrial entities (muti-nationals, tier 1 clients, manufacturing clients, oil & gas companies, government entities, NGO's ,  )


• Has a background in power business and sold power services 


• Has worked with competing  or equivalent companies ( Mantrac, Aggreko, Jubaili, Mikano, cummins west africa, JMG etc..)


• Has experience in sales development through lead generation, closing big sales, improved profitability, marketing company services etc.


• Has experience in selling turnkey engineering projects, selling of equipment and solutions, selling of products
