Overview:



  • We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Content Creation and Media Specialist to join our digital marketing and multimedia team. This role will be instrumental in producing high-quality visual and audio content for both our company and our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, shooting, and editing photo and video content, managing post-production processes, handling media equipment, producing podcasts, and promoting content across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Content Ideation:



  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas, including video, photo, and podcast concepts, that align with brand goals and client objectives.

  • Create storyboards, shot lists, and podcast scripts to effectively communicate the desired message.


Photography and Videography:



  • Capture high-quality photos and videos, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.

  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for various shoots, both on-location and in-studio.


Podcast Production:



  • Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes, including managing guests, scripting, and overseeing the entire production process.

  • Ensure high audio quality and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Manage the distribution of podcasts across relevant platforms and monitor performance.


Post-Production:



  • Edit photos, videos, and podcasts using industry-standard software to produce polished final content.

  • Add visual effects, graphics, and sound enhancements to elevate the quality of the content.

  • Optimize all content for various platforms and formats, ensuring it meets technical requirements.


Equipment Management:



  • Maintain and manage all photography, videography, and podcasting equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

  • Stay updated on the latest equipment and software to enhance content creation capabilities.


Content Distribution and Promotion:



  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop strategies for distributing and promoting visual and audio content across social media, websites, and other digital channels.

  • Monitor the performance of content, including podcasts, and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.


Client Collaboration:



  • Work closely with clients to understand their content needs, including video, photography, and podcasts, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Present ideas and content drafts to clients for feedback and approval.


Project Management:



  • Manage multiple content creation projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary to deliver high-quality visual and audio content.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, podcast production, and post-production.

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and podcast distribution channels.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual and audio content.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.

  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and podcast SEO for digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and content distribution strategies.
