Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to acquire their business.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Promptly report any customer complaints or grievances conveyed to you.

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.


Sales and Business Development:



  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or accounts.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing materials.


Market Analysis and Reporting:



  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

  • Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve products and services.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.


Product Knowledge and Training:



  • Develop a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits.

  • Train and educate customers on product offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings.


Team Collaboration:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and company events


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HND/OND in relevant fields with 2- 7 years work experience.

  • Experience in Sales of Snacks and Confectionaries is an added advantage.
