Nairametrics is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain office filing systems
- Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
- Organise company folders and documentation in a seamless manner, both physically and digitally.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proximity to the Island (Lekki) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
