Job Description



Nairametrics is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

  • Schedule appointments and meetings

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Maintain office filing systems

  • Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and equipment.

  • Organise company folders and documentation in a seamless manner, both physically and digitally.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Provide support to other departments as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proximity to the Island (Lekki) is an added advantage.


Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
