Responsibilities

• IT and electronic data operations: Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.


• Laptop management: Maintain company laptops and provide a monthly account of their numbers and status.


• Internet service.


• Coordination: Manage and coordinate internet providers for quality service and ensure availability of internet service at all time.


• Online meeting platform: Organize and conduct demonstrations for students on platforms like Zoom.


• SIM card registration and company phones: Ensure registration of all company SIM cards.


• Responsible for Entire facility electricity, lightings, online class gadgetsERB and Cloud computing software.
