- We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Program Manager to oversee two vital areas: Youth Education & Skill Development and Community Health.
- This role will involve developing and implementing programs that enhance educational opportunities and skill development for youth, as well as creating health initiatives that benefit the community.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, a passion for community service, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Youth Education & Skill Development Program Manager
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement educational programs aimed at providing youth with essential skills and knowledge.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other educational events.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of participants.
- Partnership and Community Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.
- Engage with the community to identify educational needs and opportunities.
- Promote programs and events to maximize participation and impact.
- Community Health Program Manager
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop and execute community health programs focusing on wellness, preventive care, and health education.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and organizations to provide accessible health services and resources.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives, such as health fairs, workshops, and public health campaigns.
Partnership and Outreach:
- Build and sustain partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and public health organizations.
- Engage with community members to identify health needs and develop targeted initiatives.
- Disseminate health-related information and resources to promote well-being within the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience minimum of 5 years in program management, specifically in youth education, skill development, or community health.
- Strong understanding of the educational and health-related challenges and opportunities within diverse communities.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
