Job Summary
As our Human Resource Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the resort. This role is essential in ensuring a positive work environment, effective recruitment and retention strategies, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle and coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs and conduct salary reviews and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
Salary Range: 250,000 – 350,000
