Job Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Purchase Officer with an OND in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail setting and a strong desire to learn and grow, this role is perfect for you!


Job Functions/Responsibilities



  • Support the purchasing of products and materials required for daily operations.

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Help track inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.

  • Support the inspection of goods to ensure they meet our standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.

  • Be ready to learn and grow in your role, taking on new responsibilities as you develop.


Requirements/Qualifications



  • OND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year in a retail setting, preferably in a purchasing role.

  • Basic understanding of procurement processes, good communication, and a willingness to learn.

  • Cooperative and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
