The ideal professional will be overseeing Deployment and maintenance of EMR to our client in the locations as well as manage frontline communication with the client and provide prompt and accurate feedback to both the internal team and clients.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or related courses.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Support Officer / Trainer.
Experience in a Health facility is an advantage
Proven experience as technical trainer
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with documented processes.
Strong accountability and collaborative skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.
Very good decision making, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
