Job Summary



  • The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with architects and construction companies.


Responsibilities



  • Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.

  • Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers.

  • Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.


Requirements & Skills



  • B.Sc / HND qualification

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing in the building construction sector (minimum of 5 years). (Past experience in marketing tiles or paints or other building materials direct to projects).

  • Should have a database of construction companies & architects previously networked.

  • Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.


Remuneration

N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly (Net) + 5% commission on sales (upon meeting set targets)
