Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver well-structured English lessons that engage students and enhance their language skills.


• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of an English curriculum that meets educational standards and promotes literacy.


• Student Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress through quizzes, essays, and exams, providing feedback that helps them improve.


• Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that supports student engagement and discipline.


• Literature Exploration: Introduce students to a range of literary texts, encouraging analysis and appreciation of different genres and authors.


• Professional Growth: Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best teaching practices and educational trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A teaching qualification is an advantage.


• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English.


• Skills: Excellent communication and literary analysis skills, a deep understanding of English grammar and composition, and the ability to inspire a love of literature in students.
