Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver clear and concise lessons on various accounting topics, including financial accounting, cost accounting, and bookkeeping.


• Student Assessment: Regularly assess students' understanding through tests, assignments, and projects, providing feedback to guide their learning.


• Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the accounting curriculum is followed effectively, making adjustments as needed to meet students' needs.


• Real-world Application: Help students understand how accounting principles apply to real-life financial situations, enhancing their practical knowledge.


• Exam Preparation: Prepare students for internal and external examinations, ensuring they have a solid grasp of accounting principles.


• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with developments in the accounting field and integrate relevant concepts into the teaching process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A teaching qualification is an advantage.


• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching accounting or working in the accounting field.


• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to make complex concepts accessible to students.
