Job Summary:

We're seeking a confident, self-motivated, and tech-savvy Sales Representative & Social Media Manager to join our team at an adult toy store. As a sales representative, you'll drive in-store sales and provide exceptional customer service. As a social media manager, you'll handle online engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain our online presence.

Sales Representative/ social media Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets in a retail store environment


• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations


• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services


• Work independently, making decisions without constant supervision


• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals


• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media


• Post high-quality content (images, videos, and captions) on social media platforms


• Conduct social media surveys to engage with customers and gather feedback


• Monitor analytics to optimize online engagement and sales


• Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all online interactions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales and social media experience


• Proven track record of sales success and social media growth


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


•  Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision


• Comfortable with adult content and able to maintain a professional demeanor
