JOB OVERVIEW : CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER


As a customer service officer you are responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company's products or services.A Customer Service Officer’s primary objective is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, which is essential for the retention and growth of a business's client base.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Addressing customer questions and concerns about event packages, venues, and services offered by the company through various channels, including phone calls,live chat interactions,emails, and social media in a  professional and timely manner.

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints as regards event schedule, venue and services in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the services.

  • Escalate issues to the appropriate management when necessary.

  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions including event details and client preferences, noting any inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

  •  promote and market company event services to clients.

  • Develop thorough understanding  of company services and Offer detailed information about event packages, venues, and services offered by the company.

  • Developing strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat patronage.

  • Reaching out to customers proactively to offer assistance, gather feedback and inform them about event services offered by the company.

  • Working closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to address complex customer issues.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION



  • BS.c degree in Business administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal relation skills.

  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other customer service software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


COMPANY : EVENT COMPANY


SALARY: 80,000 NGN
