Qualifications:
- Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10years working experience in Industrial with a Private Security Company.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
- Male with valid driving license must.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate all security operations nationwide, in line with the company’s service delivery standards and clients’ operational requirements.
- Provide customized cost optimal security solutions to clients
- Conduct periodic security surveys and vulnerability assessments of all existing clients at least once a year and as deemed necessary based on changes in risk profile and activities at client’s location.
- Manage and supervise field staff for effective service delivery
- Investigate incidences and breaches and propose remedial measures to prevent recurrence
- Oversee staff disciplinary issues and report to the Management.
- Conduct periodic performance appraisal of all Managers & other direct reports
- Provide content for training programs, participate in-house training and recommend relevant external training programs.
- Drive recruitment of security personnel
- Provide operational input for business proposals to prospects and diversification of service offerings to existing clients
- Provide input into strategic decisions that affect Operations department and input for developing the annual budget.
- Process monthly staff nominal roll
- Maintain close relationship with relevant security/law enforcement agencies.
- Generate performance reports periodically
- Any other management Ad hoc assignments.
