As a primary school Teacher, you will be responsible for: 

• Planning and Delivering Lessons: Preparing and conducting engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards. 


• Assessing Student Progress: Designing and grading tests, quizzes, homework, and other assignments to evaluate students' understanding. 


• Classroom Management: Creating a positive and orderly learning environment, managing student behaviour, and fostering respect and collaboration. 


• Providing Individual Support: Offering extra help and tutoring for students who struggle with the material, and challenging those who excel. 


• Professional Development: Attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on educational practices and math teaching methods. 


• Parent and Guardian Communication: Keeping parents informed about their child’s progress, challenges, and successes through meetings, emails, or reports. 


• Utilizing Technology: Incorporating technology and digital tools to enhance learning and engage students. 


• Collaborating with Colleagues: Working with other teachers and school staff to coordinate lessons and share best practices.


• Creating Educational Materials: Developing resources such as worksheets, presentations, and interactive activities. 


• Monitoring Classroom Resources: Ensuring the availability and proper use of teaching materials, equipment, and supplies.


• Planning and preparing students for competitions locally and internationally.
