Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer/Client Access Officer with strong reconciliation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer/client interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• 1-2 years proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.


• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and accounting principles.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers/clients.


• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
