Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer/Client Access Officer with strong reconciliation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer/client interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers/clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
