Job Summary

As our Machine Operator, you'll join our skilled production team. Leveraging your technical expertise and attention to detail, you'll operate and maintain cable extruder and wire drawing machines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate cable extruder and wire drawing machines according to standard operating procedures.


• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal output and quality.


• Conduct regular checks on machine settings and product quality during production runs.


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.


• Collaborate with the maintenance team for major repairs and upgrades.


• Adhere to safety standards and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.


• Maintain accurate production logs and machine operation records.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience


• 2-3 years of experience operating cable extruders and wire drawing machines in a manufacturing setting


• Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance principles


• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and operating manuals
