Responsibilities

• To ensure optimum use of Machinery, Manpower, Raw Materials & Electricity Power


• To plan the production for each week, each day and each shift.


• Constant Management and Supervision of Factory workers.


• To develop means to minimize down-time and wastage during production.


• Responsible for keeping the Production floor neat and tidy.


• Responsible for hiring and replacement of Factory workers.


• Ensuring the safety of all Factory Workers and Equipment.


• Know the power consumption of each Machine optimal use of electricity.


• Know the capacity of each machine for delivering production output.


• Learn how to operate all the Machines to ensure factory workers use them properly.


• Ensure timely and proper maintenance of Machineries and Generators.


• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report to be submitted on time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a Plastic Manufacturing or Plastic Recycling factory as a Production Manager.


• Possess a degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


• Good with Numbers and Arithmetic.


• Be self motivated for growth and strive for continuous improvements.


• Good managerial and inter-personal skills.
