Responsibilities and Duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Execute the RHM mission and vision statement
- Execute educational processes and policies to meet curriculum goals
- Implement our unique and interactive educational programs and courses for students
- Manage volunteer teachers
- Teach at least one class for these students
- Recruit students into the academy and assess incoming students
- Evaluate student performance
- Provide training for volunteer teachers as needed
- Record keeping
- Help RHM reach their annual goals
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Administration, Leadership and Curriculum Development, or other related field
- Must be a Christian
- Must ave a passion for the poor and in need
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be a strategic and creative thinker
- Must have teaching experience
- Pay attention to details
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must be honest and reliable
Preferred:
- Should posses a Master’s degree
- Must have previous experience leading a school.
