Client Portfolio Management: Leverage existing client relationships to expand the company’s market share in the industrial paint sector. Maintain and grow these relationships to ensure sustained business growth.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competition. Provide insights that contribute to the company’s competitive positioning.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility and demand for the company’s industrial paint products.
Sales Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance to ensure they meet individual and team sales targets.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver sales and performance reports to the Managing Director. Track progress against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Client Negotiation: Engage in high-level negotiations with clients and stakeholders to close deals and ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
