Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing Officer, to join our Dynamic team. Order Processing Officer will manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently


• Manage order entries, modifications, and cancellations


• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment


• Communicate with customers regarding order status and issues


• Maintain accurate records and reports


• Identify and resolve order discrepancies


• Meet productivity and quality standards


• Run scanning equipment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in a relevant field


• Must live within Lekki environs.


• The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
