ACROW is one of the global leaders of Formwork, Engineering & Scaffolding. Due to increased growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our busy sales team to offer total engineering solutions and manage our clients’ projects across Nigeria.
A key aspect of this role involves building relationships and to carry out this role effectively, we are seeking someone with good sales experience who is customer-focused, enthusiastic and can work autonomously.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and target new customers to ACROW
Develop, maintain, and grow turnovers from existing customers
Develop and maintain a project pipeline for your geographical area of responsibility
Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver annual personal sales targets.
Work closely with customers to manage queries and complaints
Work closely with customers to manage debt
Negotiate trading agreements and discount levels with our customers
New products market penetration
Operate within the company's financial guidelines
Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the most cost-effective and profitable solutions are given to the customer.
Build relationships with customers to win their trust and increase their confidence in ACROW
Develop relationships with technical staff and customers to promote efficient use of products.
Represent the Sales Team to collaborate with and support other regions and functions.
Report on business activity effectively and accurately
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a University Degree (Bachelor of Engineering) with at least 1 year of work experience.
Communications: Exhibits good listening and comprehension, keeps others adequately informed, selects and uses appropriate communication methods,
Customer Service: Displays courtesy and sensitivity, manages difficult or emotional customer situations, meets commitments, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service,
Organization Support: Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, supports organization’s goals .and values.
Education and Experiencein selling within the Construction Industry. aspects of Formwork, Falsework, and scaffolding solutions.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English.
