Job Description

• A leading construction company in the construction industry is looking to fill the role of Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for the estimation of costs of construction for the project team.


• He or she shall be accountable for preparation of bill of quantities, pricing and cost verification services that meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze progress and write detailed reports on projects.


• Evaluation and monitoring of cost of site resources.


• Valuation and inspection of completed work


• Maintain records and produce periodical report of quantities and activities.


• Preparation of bill for Engineering measurement and Evaluation.


• Measure and value work done on site (work related to structural, architectural and MEP trades)


• Preparation of cost estimate


• Preparation of document for tendering.


• Preparation of bill of quantities for Road and building projects.


• Compute takeoff and measurement of construction works for consultants tender document and design drawings.

Key Requirement

• Minimum 2-6years relevant working experience in building surveying in well a structured environment


• Registered surveyor


• Must be ready to resume immediately.
