Ensuring the company facilities are in good condition for smooth operations in the office.
Perform little repairs such as sockets, extension, wiring, turning the generators on and off, keep record of fuel purchase and usage.
Ensuring all equipment, lights, fans and sockets are properly turned off across all departments at the close of business each.
Technical knowledge as a field is highly needed in technical services such as electrical systems, ventilation electrical systems and utility efficiency.
Air conditioning, and plumbing is an added advantage.
Running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities contract staff.
Qualifications
OND/HND in Electrical Engineering or Facility Management with electrical knowledge is preferred.
Electrical or Facility Management certification is an added advantage.
Familiarity with electrical tools and wires.
Experience in little repairs e.g. disconnection of wires, fixing of sockets, fuse and general maintenance.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
Prior experience working with electrical / Maintenance company.
Strong Knowledge of safety procedure and electrical wiring is very paramount.
