Job Description

• Operation Management: Operate the quarry plant efficiently to achieve required production capacities.


• Workforce Management: Allocate and supervise tasks among the workforce to ensure smooth operations.


• Production Quality & Quantity: Ensure that daily production meets both quality and quantity standards.


• Machine Maintenance: Perform daily and routine maintenance of the quarry machinery to ensure optimal performance.


• Plant Maintenance: Maintain the plant to achieve zero downtime, ensuring continuous and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Trade Certificate / Secondary Education / ND in Mechanical Engineering


• Experience: 2 to 7 Years (At least 2 years of experience as a Quarry Operator or Quarry Mechanic).
