Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise haircuts, trims, and grooming services for clients, including styling, beard trims, and shaves.


• Engage with clients to assess their grooming needs, offer personalized advice, and ensure their preferences are met.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Sanitize tools and equipment regularly.


• Stay informed about the latest grooming trends and techniques.


• Provide exceptional service by creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Address any client concerns or feedback professionally.


• Work effectively with other salon and spa team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Job Qualifications

• Valid barbering license or certification.


• At least 2-3 years of experience as a barber in a salon or spa setting is preferred.


• Experience creating sophisticated hairstyles such as dreadlocks and hair dyeing is an added advantage.


• Proficiency in barbering techniques, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
