Responsibilities
- Understand our product(s), engage internal and third-party stakeholders, and explain basic financial processes in layman's terms to our customers
- Create exceptional experiences for customers every day that will make them loyal customers and ambassadors
- Based on daily interactions with customers, study trends/data about customer behaviours and garner insights that could improve our processes and products
Requirements
- Have keen interest in fintech and wealth management.
- Passionate about exceptional customer service.
- Have captivating communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have patience to listen, empathy to connect with customers’ needs and resilience to manage push-backs.
- Bring excellent team playing and collaboration skills.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
