The Digital Marketer and Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
This role requires a creative individual with strong skills in content creation, social media management, SEO, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various platforms including blog posts, social media, emails, videos, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms. Engage with followers, monitor conversations, and grow social media presence.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and analyze web traffic metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's tone and style across all digital content. Ensure that all content reflects the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, sales team, and other stakeholders to create cohesive marketing strategies and content that support business objectives.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
