Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
- Project monitoring in strategically manner
- Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines
- Familiar with design of MEP
- Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues
- Ensure that all building services meet the technical standards and local authority regulations
- Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals
- To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems
- To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work
- Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications
- Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position.
- Computer software literacy - MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional).

Remuneration
N500,000 Monthly.
