Job Description



  • They are looking for a detail-oriented and organized storekeeper to join the team and support the operations by managing inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of materials.

  • The storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials within our recycling facility.

  • This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills to ensure efficient handling of materials and accurate record-keeping.


Responsibilities



  • Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure quality and quantity.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies.

  • Store materials in appropriate conditions to prevent damage and ensure accessibility.

  • Ensure proper labelling and categorization of materials.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to manage the distribution of materials.


Qualifications



  • HND / BSc in any administrative or financial field; additional qualifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software and best practices.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as required.


Working Conditions:



  • Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.

  • Work environment includes exposure to warehouse conditions and materials
