Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team for an AI Chatbot development project.


• The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding the needs of our telecommunications clients and translating them into software requirements for our development teams.


• This role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of our AI chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations.


• Assist with maintaining and documenting systems. Perform data validation checks. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.


• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.


• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze complex data sets and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and use cases.


• Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to design software solutions that meet client needs. Provide input on system architecture and functionality.


• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between our company and the client. Maintain open and effective communication to address questions, concerns, and feedback.


• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that software solutions meet specified requirements and perform as expected.


• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets, helping clients make informed decisions.


• Elicit and document business requirements: Gather and document detailed business requirements for the chatbot, including functionality, performance, and integration needs.


• Create functional specifications: Develop clear and concise functional specifications that outline the chatbot's capabilities and behavior.


• Analyze business processes: Understand the existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the chatbot.


• Translate business requirements into technical specifications: Communicate business requirements to the technical team in a way that they can understand and implement.

Other Responsibilities:

• Extract relevant data from data systems and provide insights for business improvements; help implement solutions.


• Forecast, plan and manage the technical capabilities before attempting to solve a business problem.


• Coordinate with the data management and technical team to brainstorm and identify existing gaps in the processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


• Proven experience (7 years) working as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, preferably in the telecommunications sector.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.


• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
