Job Description

• Confirmation of cash brought forward from previous date. Collection of all cash from cashiers daily and report to fund supervisor


• Supervise subordinate daily work before approving


• Approving all cash transaction done in the ERP.


• Payment of reimbursement and IOU with appropriate signatures at different amount in cash, Suppliers’ payment with appropriate signatures, excess payment to marketers with appropriate signatures.


• Notifying (agents and marketers) and ensuring payment of returned cheques within 3days


• Daily closing of cash work and submission of all receipt and payment Vouchers


• Submitting weekly and monthly report to the Head of Department every week


• Daily closing in the ERP at the end of the month.

Qualifications / Skills

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in a related field with 3+ years relevant work experience.


• Good numeric background


• Good attention to details


• Sound communication skills.
