Job Summary
- As Evening Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the business during the evening shifts.
- He / She manages the evening shift staff by providing guidance, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- He / She is responsible for addressing any concerns and ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise laundry operations and manage staff effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all laundry needs are met.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise within the laundry department.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on laundry operations.
- Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory and take stock of available supplies.
- Liaise with the security personnels to ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance of health and safety measures.
- Ensure quality control of our laundry services.
Education & Experience
- Must have a B.Sc in any field.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience working in a laundromat or hospitality sector as a Supervisor.
- Customer Service attitude.
