Job Description

• Installation of WI-FI devices (Radio, AirFibreetc) using line-of-sight technology.


• Troubleshooting ofWI-FIdevices.


• Basic Networking.


• Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advise on the solution.


• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.


• Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.


• Working with field engineers to visit customers/employee sift the problem is more serious.


• Testing and fixing faulty equipment.


• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0-2 years of work experience.
