Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to infants and toddlers in line with the school’s guidelines.


• Maintain a detailed record of each child's progress, including physical and social development.


• Be in charge of babies’ personal belongings, such as toys and diapers.


• Ensure the babies are properly cared for, observing and attending to their needs.


• Initiate simple, engaging activities with children to foster development.


• Document the child’s sleeping and eating patterns for record-keeping purposes.Expectations:


• Be available every day, with a neat and professional appearance.


• Communicate effectively with babies, their parents, and other staff.


• Exhibit genuine love, warmth, and patience for children, with a strong, energetic, and resilient nature.


• Be organized, creative, playful, and enjoy singing.


• Be sensitive and responsive to babies’ needs, with a commitment to their care.


• Willingness to learn and further education.

Requirements

• SSCE / GCE.


• 2 to 3 years of experience in childcare.


• Must be able to speak, read, and write.
