Responsibilities

• Manage the overall layout and visual style of the online store, ensure regular updates and maintenance.


• Design product displays, create homepage ads, improve the overall layout,


• Create promotional materials for stores or specific channels.


• Optimize product listings, improve product descriptions, and enhance product images for effective display.


• Create dedicated pages for events and design custom graphics for mobile platforms.


• Handle product photography, including simple video editing of main pictures and product details.


• Complete tasks assigned temporarily by superiors.

Requirements

• Age under 35, with at least an Associate Degree or higher in fields such as Fine Arts, Graphic Design or Advertising.


• At least 1 year of relevant work experience on major e-commerce platforms such as Jumia,


• Tiktok or Temu. Candidates with experience in this category are preferred.


• Proficient in various design software tools, strong artistic skills, unique visual expression ability, and good understanding of color matching.


• Familiar with photography, image editing, video shooting and post-production. Candidates with strong hand-drawing skills are preferred.


• Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and innovative thinking.


• Promotion mechanism and standards.

The performance evaluation of designers (graphic designers) includes:

• Design quality.


• Task completion.


• Creativity.


• Teamwork.


• Monthly evaluation includes self-evaluation and direct supervisor evaluation.
