The Primary purpose of the Senior Client Sales Manager is to help the business meet Sales/revenue goals and ensure Clients' retention.
Must also be able to develop opportunities and manage account, Mange the relationship with the Client throughout the Lifecycle of Engagement and act as the main point of contact between the Clients and TigerLogic.
Responsibilities
Establish strong, trust-based relationships with the clients and serve as the clients Advocacy
Responsible for sales, invoicing and cash collections in large /key accounts
Drive account planning process – with clear understanding of budget owners, influence centres and the approval process from the users to procurement departments
Drive clients’ loyalty and retention through excellence in clients’ service and support
Enhance the business capabilities and service offerings by listening to client needs and gain insights based on their needs.
Identify and understand clients’ needs, proactively provide the right solutions that meet the clients’ pain points- working closely with the solutions sales team.
Commercial management- pricing, contract negotiations (under approvals) including profitability protection.
Collaborate effectively with other functions i.e. Presales, Project Managers both at the prospecting and fulfilment engagement stages.
Maintain level of sales certifications (as demanded by manager) and engagement with key vendors (OEMs)
Qualifications
6 - 8 years Sales experience in ICT services Industry
Deep understanding of the competition landscape.
Flexibility to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage changing priorities
