Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to lead and manage our portfolio of impactful programs.
- The Programme Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of our initiatives, which are designed to uplift and empower young people across Africa.

Job Responsibilities
Program Development and Management:
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of programs in alignment with Rise Networks' mission and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement program work plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, government agencies, and beneficiaries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and communications.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage program teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs.
- Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management, stakeholders, and funders.
Resource Mobilization:
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support program expansion and sustainability.
- Prepare grant proposals and manage relationships with donors.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
