  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

  • The Research Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various research projects, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Research Project Management:



  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of research projects, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.


Data Collection and Analysis:



  • Design and implement data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations.

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate records of all research activities.


Collaboration and Communication:



  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure research objectives are aligned with organizational goals.

  • Prepare and present research findings to various audiences, including senior management, partners, and clients.

  • Draft research reports, white papers, and articles for publication.


Quality Assurance:



  • Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and best practices.

  • Stay updated on the latest research methodologies, tools, and trends.

  • Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance research efficiency and impact.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in research coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in managing research projects in the technology or social enterprise sector.
