Responsibilities
Research Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of research projects, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Design and implement data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate records of all research activities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure research objectives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present research findings to various audiences, including senior management, partners, and clients.
- Draft research reports, white papers, and articles for publication.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the quality and accuracy of research processes and outputs.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest research methodologies, tools, and trends.
- Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance research efficiency and impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research coordination or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing research projects in the technology or social enterprise sector.
- Familiarity with AI and data science concepts.
