  • As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, while driving sales and maintaining our high standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities



  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bakers, and support staff to achieve store goals.

  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, stocking, and inventory control of bakery ingredients to ensure availability and minimize waste.

  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including events, and local marketing efforts.

  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of product quality, ensuring that all baked goods meet our brand’s standards for taste and presentation.

  • Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor staff, providing ongoing feedback and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience on a supervisory or managerial role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
