Job Description


We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Item Picker to join our Purchase Department at our Victoria Island location. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that items are accurately picked and prepared for distribution, supporting the efficient operations of our supply chain.


Job Functions/Responsibilities



  • Accurately pick items according to purchase orders and delivery schedules.

  • Collaborate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely and accurate picking of items required for stock replenishment.

  • Pack items securely and label them correctly for internal distribution or delivery to other branches.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.

  • Help organize and maintain storage areas to ensure items are easily accessible.

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Purchase Department Supervisor.


Requirements/Qualifications



  • Minimum of SSCE/OND.

  • Experience in a similar role within a purchase or inventory management setting is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team.

  • Must reside in or near Victoria Island, Lagos.
